I’m 14 just started highschool and have had some girlfriends in the past nothing serious only for a few months but I’m in highschool now...

I’m 14 just started highschool and have had some girlfriends in the past nothing serious only for a few months but I’m in highschool now I’d like to be able to get a girlfriend my problem that I know is a problem is I don’t talk, I don’t like the sound of my voice and never have any conversation topics can someone help?

Edit, I forgot to add but this is a new school new school zone and everything.
