so I have a Tik Tok that I'm going to post in a few minutes but I just wanted to say it's about how I can meet um men or how people can meet men not on dating apps but I did just want to say that I'm happy doing things alone or with friends um I love going to Broadway shows that's a huge huge thing of mine concerts comedy shows Broadway shows love it um and I'll go alone if I don't have anyone to go with um like this weekend I'm going to see MJ the musical alone I'm totally fine with that I know some people a lot of my friends don't like to do things alone um I'm totally fine with it I'm happy with myself I'm happy hanging out with myself um so this is just like a PSA for everybody do stuff alone if you don't have anyone to do stuff with or if you're not dating anyone it's totally fine I usually get there early I usually sit and talk to someone you know you're sitting in the musical you're not talking during that anyway um and it's fine and I enjoy it so yeah so when I when you see the other Tik Tok I just want everyone to know I'm not only about meeting men 24/7 I'm fine doing things alone too and you should be too Liar Liar Liar gez sister let this gorilla say something real quick see I understand the messages you're trying to put out with this video saying Hey you know be comfortable dating yourself be comfortable doing things alone but when you come out and say well I am happy doing things alone I'm totally okay with being alone um no you're not because you're putting it out on a Tik Tok video you're actually doing an alternative version of dating somebody else let me explain that a little bit better for my female viewers who probably disagree with that she wants to share her experiences so instead of actually going out on a date with somebody else and sharing it in real time with that person she obviously makes Tik Tok videos about the dates that she took by herself and post it on there to get validation to share it with everybody else that's not being comfortable yourself being comfortable yourself is like and go out to a local Brewer where you have two beers talk to the bartender maybe read a book while you're having your brw skies and head home and you don't tell anybody about it that's 100% comfort with yourself putting it out on blast like that no you're looking for validation there at one point looking for views you're looking for something that's not a self dat that is an I am sharing this experience with my viewers not an actual self date but don't worry sister pretty soon you'll outgrow the phase of having to post on Tik Tok and you'll just tell your cats all about your experiences especially about buying cat food specials at the pet stores moving on ladies talking to you over 45 feel invisible ignored kick to the curb women out there start to feel invisible in other words you start feeling like the average guy and this Ken here is taking total advantage of that saying hey I got something to help let's do a photo shoot so I'm assuming that these pictures are to spiff up those dating profiles and as she said I'm going to give you the tools to take over the world sure that works that way listen on the one side ladies I'm going to give her credit for this angle and I also applaud you women who are 45 over like she said who are doing your best in order to be noticed again but you really don't have to go through all that you don't have to do a gigantic photo shoot to try to recapture some of the attention you had in your 20s why don't you do something that probably is a lot cheaper than what she's offering and this girl is going to give it for free it's called expectation management look at yourself stop thinking that you're a nine except that you're are four and below and date guys that are at your level it's not about you being invisible it's about you ignoring the guys that are looking at you because you you decide no no I'm invisible to that top 20% tier of guys you're invisible to what they can provide why do you notice the guy that's right across you if you're a four and he's a four trust me he's paying attention to you if you pay attention back you're going to get all the attention you need you don't need Chad or Tyrone that's all right sister we already know that what you're missing isn't so much the attention of the of a top tier guy it's the attention of the top tier guy's money moving on if you have recently become single over 50 I have advice for you especially when your nest is empty for most of us over 50 who become single our adult children are on their own but my advice to you is to don't please don't don't jump in to any relationships do not first you have to find yourself you're going to be living a completely different life than the one you had then for me I was with my husband for 32 years 29 of them we were [Music] married don't make the mistake that I did we're so worried that we're going to be alone that it's very easy to jump into the arms of the first first person that pays you attention first you have to love yourself maybe you have to forgive yourself you have to accept as much as you can take it on slowly it's not going to be easy I promise you that it's not easy know that you're not alone it will get easier and you may find that being single isn't as bad as one may think sending you my love always I love you and know I'm not driving mama say that happiness is from Magic ray of sunshine that come down when you feeling blue being single isn't as bad as you may think okay Coen I've said this in several of my videos before women end up lonely and men end up alone there is a difference I'm not saying men are 100% made to be single I am saying that when it comes to being alone men tend to be loners I'm not saying that's awesome I'm saying it's reality but let's be honest here you're trying to give advice to women to tough it out stay alone and it's not so bad you said that you work with your ex-husband for over 30 years that's kind of a contradicting message right there also you've made videos before asking where the good men are at again if you're lonely just say you're lonely don't try to hide it don't try to be tough don't try to act like oh you know I don't need no man but I'm going to give videos telling you about how I don't need a man if you don't need anybody don't make a video it's real simple let me come at this from a different angle here ladies if you are happy being alone there is no need to make a video to put it out on Tik Tok to tell the world that you're happy being alone you just are the real reason you would make a video and put it on Tik Tok is because you're looking for validation from other people so you can believe that you're happy being alone ladies it's not a symbol full of weakness for you to admit hey you know what I am lonely I would like to be with a man emotionally I need to be with a man I need that male energy that's not a sign of weakness like womanism would convince you no that's your female nature coming out your feelings are actually saying the truth don't let the pink-haired mob fool you and to finally fulfillment pets and alcohol it's accepting the truth at the end of the day it's like when men make videos saying hey I don't want to go through the circus of family court again because I don't want to be destroyed they're accepting the truth they're not trying to say hey yeah I'm strong and wonderful being by myself no they're saying the reality I don't want to go through that again but don't worry Queen you just keep making videos inside your van telling the world how awesome you are on your own I'm pretty sure you convince yourself one day moving on let me talk to y'all for a minute cuz you know I try not to be I guess overly emotional but listen dating in your 40s sucks it just sucks it's it's I I don't even know I don't know what the right word is because suck doesn't sound like enough but you know typically in your 40s you've been through a divorce and you have kids or you've been through multiple divorces or you know busted relationships whatever there's a few unicorns that are in their 40s that haven't been married and don't have kids but you know honestly on this dating scene instead of being looked at as a unicorn you would be looked at a red flag I I don't know why it's just a thing but you know you've been in relationships you've met people you've been through divorces and at this point in your life you need to own your okay I was no saint the the divorce was not all one-sided and I had to sit in it and I had to own my part and why my marriage is didn't work now granted it can be a little bit more one-sided but you have to own it and you can't sit here and go oh well they cheated on me and that's why we're divorced that's not that's not the only problem in your marriage that wasn't the only issue in your relationship there had to be other things leading up you're not happily ever after and then somebody just randomly falls on somebody else's Fun Zone like come on now let's be real let's let's take this second and be real you know I'm not a saint I'm mouy I'm sassy I I get in my head I am very headstrong and sometimes you know when I come up with something and I feel something and I believe in something you ain't changing that Dam oh really dating in your 40 sucks because you've been through a divorce you've been through multiple divorces why don't you correct that and say um women have led the charge in divorces 70% plus of the time higher in certain areas so what you mean is dating sucks because you decided oh you know what I got to go find myself again back on the carousel I'm going to destroy my family drag my husband through the wonders of family court and then complain about it when I take myself and my children and expose us to the element to the Chads and Tyron and all the other players out there that will not commit that's what you mean as in you date guys that are not going to stick around like oh I don't know husband would but with that being said this gorill is going to applaud her because she said that she owned up to her part the divorce wasn't bad just one-sided now although she tried to fix it in the saying it could be more oneid than the other side sure but at least she took accountability I mean that must have been really difficult and she says that she's mouy and she's sassy and she has an attitude problem hey I'll give it to her if she seen some of her flaws I'm not saying she's working on them I'm just saying that she recognizes them now my question to this woman is what type of guys are you dating now I mean obviously you must have had a rough divorce but what what kind of guys are you looking for now are they the sweet loving husband type or are you looking more for like I don't know the rough guy who owns a bike and it's tatted up and uh doesn't treat you as sweet as women would say that they want them to bring them flowers and chocolates somehow I don't think that's the type of girl you are I don't want to judge you by the by the ink work but hey I'm pretty sure most of my M viewers already have but also this brings up another question what kind of experiences did she go through that made her sit down and accept accountability for her part in the divorce I mean it must have been one heck of a war and she must have lost lost something of value for her to come out and say yeah she owns up to her part most women wouldn't do that unless of course it was something so blatant she just couldn't deny it and it might be completely wrong who knows but I had to do the work if you haven't done the work and you're not happy with you stay the away from everybody else stay the away from all this because I'm telling you you're not thinking about how you're dragging somebody else into your mess and hurting [Music] them I recently was picked apart whether they want to admit that they picked me apart or not they did and it had me feeling a way that I hadn't felt since since I've been on this healing better me journey and I'm going to have to recoup a little bit and you know take care of me and I'm I'm going to go out of town this weekend and I'm going to see the ocean and I'm going to you know I'm going to try to reset because you know I fell in love with the city in April and Charleston and I'm you know I'm going to go and I'm going to reset and I'm going to breathe don't drag somebody else in when you haven't done the work let's not make this dating thing any more gross than it already is because there's some of us who refuse to do the whole online thing because they feel like it's inart Forman or a relationship and we want to meet somebody organically and we hold on to that there are still good people out there and you know what you might be broken but you're still a good person you know like if you've done the work you're good y'all let's make this better because I'm I'm telling you right now I don't like the way I feel I love y'all have a good rest of your week sister I got to say it you just said that you got picked apart hard by somebody and you're doing the work and a lot of work to get back on track if this gorilla didn't know any better I would say that you got out widowed really hard on this one I mean that guy's not just living rentree in your brain he's got a freaking condo up in there my of would say we're not looking at a whole woman right now we're looking at a woman who's trying to pull the pieces back together this is worse than Humpty Dumpty now when you say that you're doing the work exactly what kind of work are you doing I mean are you going to therapy because in you saying that you're doing the work and all you're doing is going on trips going on the beach trying to make yourself feel better another way that's a small portion of it the way you sound I think that you need some professional help this gorilla will say it go get a therapist and if you have one book at least 40 more sessions cuz you're going to need them now I do find it funny how this queen said that the dating apps are nothing more than online instacart for men translation she sees it as online instacart for men because she always goes for the Chads and Tyron she goes for the top 20% of men she goes for the guys who just get what they want and they don't commit to her that's the reality of it the only women that would say that a dating app is tailored to men are the ones that don't know how to say no to the bad boys that they just can't resist well honey I hope that this healing Journey that you're doing doesn't include doing a hard Carousel Ride because that's not going to help anybody because all that's going to do is rack up more monor than you already have and I'm pretty sure that that's not what what you want but then again what type of guy are you really going to end up with because somehow I don't see you ending up with you're a typical blue collared nice guy nope you don't seem like the type that wants a white picket fence home with a bunch of beautiful kids if anything my MERS would say that you're waiting for your next
